I havent eaten out enough to recommend only one place so I will list the ones I have been to and liked. Saks, Marina Mirage- awesome atmosphere, lovely service, friendly staff and on the night I went SUPER fast food orders. Ribs and Rump,Marina Mirage- A little bit pricey but you certainly get what you pay for, a delicous meal. Once again super friednly staff, yummy cocktails and one of the best steaks and racks of ribs I have had in ages! Montazumas, Southport- Yummiest Mexican on the coast in my opinion. Super fast service, HUGE portion sizes and delicious Margaritas!

Love heading down to Palm beach on busy summer days. There is always a little spot of beach that you can call your own and the views back towards Surfers Paradise and down towards Currumbin are astounding.

The Bake House cafe in Runaway Bay always has the loveliest of home made cakes and lovely pastry treats.

Any where down on the Spit. Take a fishing rod and just enjoy the salty air, not into fishing, then take a chair and just lap up the sunshine besides the rocks or beside the beach.

Nothing beats Dreamworld. It seriously has everything a thrill seeker, family or cruisy couple could want. Rides, shows and entertainers walking around all day and lets not forget the wonderful Tigers!

Sushi Train at Treasure Cove. Super friendly, always so fresh and of course deliciously yummy every time. Can get busy on weekends though so eat early if you want a seat.

Marina Mirage for something luxury, Pacific Fair if you want to just walk around and have a browse and a coffee and Harbour Town if you are looking for that elusive bargain.
